“Yes, my Lord.”

“Good, good. I have to go meet with Vortor and my father. Will you two be okay together?” He looked down at his wife and planted a kiss on the end of her nose.

“Of course we will be alright. Panu can help me put my clothes away. Maybe we can even come up with a name for my wompa.” She reached down to pick up the wompa that was whimpering again for her attention.

“I’ll see you later then.”

The two women stood staring at the retreating form. Claire watched as Panu’s eyes followed Sullivan’s movements until the door closed behind him. Maybe she wanted to make sure that he was gone before she decided to move or speak.

“Well, we might as well get started. Maybe we can get to know each other as we put this stuff away.”

Panu’s eyes swung back to Claire. “Yes, my lady.”
